I am a current subscriber, how do I renew?
The renewal deadline for current subscribers to renew their season tickets was June 26, 2026.
What is the renewal period for current subscribers?
The renewal period for current subscribers is May 18-June 26, 2026.
Can I change my subscription seats?
All requests for subscription seat changes have been processed for the 2026-2027 season.
How do I access my tickets?
Patrons who purchase season tickets online through AXS will receive a confirmation email which will include your order number and order total, along with the option to download the AXS app (if you are renewing on a mobile device.) We recommend that you save this email, and that you follow the link to download the AXS app for easy ticket access and management. You can also view your mobile tickets by logging back into your AXS account online at any time.
If you purchase your tickets in person or by phone, you will receive an email notification when your physical tickets are ready for pick up.
I am a current subscriber, how can I buy additional tickets outside of my package?
Additional tickets to season shows will be available when each show goes on sale individually.
When will my subscription be filled?
If you are purchasing your season ticket package online through AXS, your subscription will be filled automatically.
A staff member will reach out to process your payment and confirm your seats within 2-5 business days of receiving your order form. If mailing, please allow 10-15 business days for your order to be processed.
I'd like to become a new subscriber, what do I do?
Season tickets will go on sale to new subscribers August 3, 2026. Join the Priority Waitlist to be the first in line!
When can I purchase tickets to individual Broadway shows?
