Daytona Beach, FL – October 1, 2019 - Take a Chance on ABBA MANIA and you won’t be disappointed! The world’s number one touring ABBA tribute concert will perform at Peabody Auditorium on February 19, 2020 at 8 p.m.

ABBA MANIA formed in 1999 and the show has been selling out theatres and concert halls internationally ever since. This show has toured the world in its quest to bring the music of the Swedish ‘Supergroup’ to their millions of fans, old and new!

ABBA MANIA has previously grossed over Aus. $1 million at the box office in Sydney, Australia. The show has ventured to France, Denmark, Belgium, Spain, South Africa, New Zealand, Singapore, Australia and South Korea as well as touring the UK extensively.

ABBA MANIA are currently touring the USA for the 8th time with 30 shows over 6 weeks including a prestigious date in the Smith Centre, Las Vegas.

Agnetha, Bjorn, Benny and Anni-Frid, collectively known as ABBA, dominated the charts for nearly ten years and enjoyed nine UK number 1 hits. At their height they became Sweden’s highest export earners, amazingly, outselling Volvo cars. Sadly, in the early eighties, they decided to go their separate ways, but their music lives on. ‘ABBA Gold’ was continuously in the Album Charts throughout the nineties and is one of the biggest selling albums ever.

ABBA’s timeless songs were written to be enjoyed live and ABBA MANIA gives you exactly that. Two hours of uplifting, dance inducing and sometimes heart-breaking songs, fully live with fantastic staging, lighting and effects. The show recreates ABBA’s sound not only perfectly, but respectfully too. ABBA MANIA is not only for life long, die hard ABBA fans but the new generation of fans, who never had the opportunity to see ‘ABBA’ live. Hits include ‘Dancing Queen’, ‘Waterloo’, ‘Mamma Mia’, ‘The Winner Takes it All’, ‘Super Trouper’, ‘Fernando’, ‘Take A Chance On Me’ and many more that continue to fill dance floors worldwide.

If you’re looking for an excuse to party, reminisce or simply be entertained by the best music ever, then call the box office at 386.671.3472 or visit

“Carole King might be a native New Yorker, but her story of struggle and triumph is as universal as they come – and her music is loved the world over,” producer Paul Blake said.  “I am thrilled that Beautiful continues to delight and entertain audiences around the globe, in England, Japan and Australia and that we are entering our fourth amazing year of touring the U.S. We are so grateful that over five million audience members have been entertained by our celebration of Carole's story and her timeless music.”

For more information and a video sneak peek, please visit

With a book by Tony® and Academy® Award-nominee Douglas McGrath, direction by Marc Bruni and choreography by Josh Prince, Beautiful features a stunning array of beloved songs written by Gerry Goffin/Carole King and Barry Mann/Cynthia Weil.  The show opened on Broadway at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre (125 West 43 Street) in January 2014, where it has since broken all box office records and recently became the highest grossing production in the Theatre’s history.

The Original Broadway Cast Recording of Beautiful – The Carole King Musical (Ghostlight Records) won the 2015 Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album and is available on CD, digitally, and on vinyl.  Beautiful launched its first US National Tour in September 2015, and is also currently playing internationally, with productions in Japan, Australia and touring the UK.  An Award-winning production recently concluded its run in London’s West End after opening on February 25, 2015.

Long before she was Carole King, chart-topping music legend, she was Carol Klein, Brooklyn girl with passion and chutzpah. She fought her way into the record business as a teenager and, by the time she reached her twenties, had the husband of her dreams and a flourishing career writing hits for the biggest acts in rock ‘n’ roll. But it wasn’t until her personal life began to crack that she finally managed to find her true voice. Beautiful tells the inspiring true story of King’s remarkable rise to stardom, from being part of a hit songwriting team with her husband Gerry Goffin, to her relationship with fellow writers and best friends Cynthia Weil and Barry Mann, to becoming one of the most successful solo acts in popular music history. Along the way, she made more than beautiful music, she wrote the soundtrack to a generation.  Beautiful features a stunning array of beloved songs written by Gerry Goffin/Carole King and Barry Mann/Cynthia Weil, including “I Feel The Earth Move,” “One Fine Day,” “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman,” “You’ve Got A Friend” and the title song.

The creative team of Beautiful also includes Derek McLane (Set Design), Alejo Vietti (Costume Design), Peter Kaczorowski (Lighting Design), Brian Ronan (Sound Design), Charles G. LaPointe (Wig and Hair Design), Steve Sidwell (Orchestrations and Music Arrangements), Jason Howland (Music Supervision) and John Miller (Music Coordination).

Stars of the 1960s return to the

Peabody Auditorium on February 8, 2020

Daytona Beach, FL - Some of the biggest pop and rock & roll stars of the sixties will take the stage of the Peabody Auditorium on February 8th.  For the 5th year in a row, the original singers and musicians who made some of the most memorable hits of the era will come together for a concert, appropriately titled, “Stars of the Sixties.”  The producer of the concert, Joseph Mirrione, is quick to point out that three out of his last four shows here have sold out down to the last single seat.  “It’s a great opportunity for teenagers of the 1960s to escape for an evening and return to a simpler time,” Mirrione explains.  “This is the soundtrack of that very special time in our history.”

The concert is headlined by Herman’s Hermits starring Peter Noone, who scored with “There’s a Kind of Hush,” “I’m Into Something Good,” “Listen People,” “Henry VIII” and several more during the British Invasion.  Noone was born in Manchester, England, where his career began as a child star in British soap operas and several popular television series.  At the age of fifteen, Peter achieved international fame as “Herman,” going on to sell over fifty-two million records. In all, fourteen singles and seven albums went gold.  The 1990s found Peter embarking on a four-year stint as the winsome host of VH1’s My Generation, the highest-ever-rated half hour retrospective of pop/rock music.  Accompanied by his band, Noone currently performs over 200 concerts a year in addition to hosting “Something Good” on Sirius XM 60s on 6.

Gary Lewis and the Playboys have an equally impressive string of monster hits - “This Diamond Ring," “She’s Just My Style," “Count Me In," “Everybody Loves a Clown” and the list goes on. The band also made the transition to the silver screen, having appeared in several movies of the era.  (It didn’t hurt that Gary’s father is comedy legend Jerry Lewis.)  For all of the sixties’ teenagers who rushed home to watch American Bandstand, teen idol Chris Montez will sing all of his hits such as “Let’s Dance”, “Call Me” and “The More I See You.”  Also appearing on the 8th are the Box Tops (“The Letter," “Cry Like a Baby”) and the Vogues (“5 o’Clock World," “Turn Around, Look at Me," “You’re the One.”)

Stars of the Sixties is a “Pop, Rock & Doo Wopp” production and it comes to the Peabody Auditorium (600 Auditorium Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL 32118) on Saturday, February 8th at 7:30 PM.  Tickets are reasonably priced - starting at $39 plus tax, as they have been for the last 4 years.  Many of the artists will be available to meet and greet fans and sign autographs in the lobby after the show.  Tickets can be purchased in person at the Peabody box office, on-line by visiting or by phone by calling 386-671-3460.

Ron White returns to Daytona Beach on November 22nd, 2019, performing at the Peabody Auditorium.

Comedian Ron “Tater Salad” White, who first rose to fame as the cigar-smoking, scotch-drinking funnyman from the Blue Collar Comedy Tour phenomenon, has long since established himself as a star in his own right. Over the past 15 years, White has been one of the top grossing stand up comedians on tour in the country. His comedy recordings have sold over 14 million units (solo and with the Blue Collar Comedy Tour), he’s been nominated for two Grammys, he was featured in the Cameron Crowe Showtime Series, “Roadies,” and he even authored a book that appeared on the New York Times Best Seller List.

Audience members at White’s shows might notice a change in the stage set up — while the ever-present cigar, remains ever-present, Ron decided to forego his signature scotch drink, in favor of a glass of tequila. In fact, he enjoyed the taste so much, he bought the company. Fans can purchase their very own bottle of Number Juan Tequila, by visiting

Touring nearly nonstop since the Blue Collar days, the masterful storyteller shows no signs of slowing down. Ron White has announced a number of 2019 tour dates, beginning in January, and extending well into the Spring and early Summer.

Master Sgt. Sara Reese, a clarinetist with the Concert Band, is looking forward to performing in her home state this fall. Originally from Port Charlotte, she is especially excited for the band’s two concerts in Charlotte Harbor. “Years ago, when I was a student at Port Charlotte High School, I attended an inspiring military band concert in Charlotte Harbor, before the old hall was destroyed during Hurricane Charley. I am humbled to be able to perform with the talented musicians of The United States Air Force Band in the new hall, and to bring our music back to my hometown.”

Members of the Concert Band and Singing Sergeants will also be mentoring students in local communities through the Advancing Innovation through Music (AIM) educational outreach program. Students will be joining the band on stage at most concerts for

“side-by-side” performances. These performances provide the students with an opportunity to collaborate with military musicians and hear how music they are working on is performed at a professional level.

"Our AIM program has been an outstanding success, allowing us to reach over 100,000 students in the Washington, D.C. area over the last six years with music clinics, side-by-side performances and rehearsals with school groups and professional music demonstrations,” says Colonel Don Schofield, Commander and Conductor of The USAF Band. “As we tour across the nation performing our community outreach mission, AIM fills a vital role in helping us connect the Air Force to our communities."

The U.S. Air Force Concert Band and Singing Sergeants are two of the six performing ensembles within The United States Air Force Band, the premier musical organization of the U.S. Air Force. Stationed at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington, D.C., The U.S. Air Force Band honors those who have served, inspires American citizens to heightened patriotism and service, and positively connects with the global community on behalf of the U.S. Air Force and the United States of America.

- The U.S. Air Force Band has received international exposure by creating highly popular and successful holiday flash mob videos over the past six years. These videos were viewed by more than 50 million people on YouTube and were featured on major worldwide news networks.

- In 2015 and 2016, the Concert Band and Singing Sergeants were the featured performing ensemble of the nationally broadcast Macy's 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular in New York City.

Franke Previte, Composer of Iconic “Dirty Dancing” Smash “(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life,” Celebrates Music’s Greatest Divas Through Hit-Filled Journey of Four Extraordinary Women.

Friday, November 8, 2019 at Peabody Auditorium in Daytona Beach, FL

Tickets On Sale Thursday, August 15, 2019 at 10 a.m.!

Daytona Beach, FL (August 12, 2019) – Academy Award-winning song writer Franke Previte (Dirty Dancing) has teamed with world-renowned live show specialist Michael LaFleur (Las Vegas, Disney, Universal, Celine Dion, Sarah Brightman) and Broadway and music producer Dennis D’Amico (Sir Paul McCartney) to premiere CALLING ALL DIVAS, a pop, rock, soul and country hit parade that fuels a joyous celebration of music, friendship and power of sisterhood.

Directed by Michael LaFleur and executive produced by Dennis D’Amico with musical direction by Henry Aronson (Rock of Ages, Rocktopia), CALLING ALL DIVAS comes to Daytona Beach for one night only, Friday, November 8, 2019 at Peabody Auditorium, 600 Auditorium Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL 32118. Show time is 7:30 p.m.: Tickets go on sale Thursday, August 15 at 10 a.m. Ticket prices are $25, $35, and $45 plus surcharges. More information can be found at

CALLING ALL DIVAS stars four very different and remarkable women, years apart in ages and backgrounds, but whose talents have no division. Together, they reveal “there’s a star in all of us”, as they bring audiences to their feet through an inspiring journey of musical empowerment jam-packed with timeless hits of the past five decades, from Etta James to compete to become the world’s next female singing superstar in a last-ditch effort devised by a music industry hopeful, desperate to save a legendary nightclub.

The affirmation is delivered through the journey of Frankie, a struggling wanna-be hit songwriter, as he scours the city to find that next “Un4gettable” female voice. Along the way, he gloriously finds far more than he could have ever imagined. True to the show’s jukebox musical design, the journey of Frankie is in many ways the journey of its creator – the “real” Franke Previte – from aspiring New Jersey songwriter to Academy Award and Golden Globe winner for (“I’ve Had”) The Time of My Life,” a song that some 30 years on, remains one of the most frequently played in the world.

Frank Dicopoulos, best known for his 22 years on The Guiding Light soap opera (Frank Achilles Cooper Jr.), plays the club owner and is a CALLING ALL DIVAS producer. The “Un4gettable” Divas are led by Broadway performer and Radio City Rockette Lisa Sherman, favorite Philly R&B vocalist Carol Riddick (Jill Scott, Will Downing), Nashville siren Trenna Barnes (Cowboy Crush, Ring of Fire) and 20-year-old newcomer Brittneyann Accetta as the blossoming subway singer.

“I wanted to develop a hybrid – a concert that morphed into a play with a thread of a storyline that empowers these girls in ways that allow the audience to relate to each of them,” says Previte, Academy Award and Golden Globe winning composer of the Dirty Dancing smash hits, “(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life” and “Hungry Eyes.” “We have a Broadway girl, a country girl, a gospel singer, and a young subway singer and it’s just incredible to watch them seamlessly meld together into a group we call The Un4gettables. Each one is at the top of their own game, even this little subway singer. What blows me away, is the combination of their instant sisterhood and individual and collective power.”

“I am so excited about the amazing singers you will all see and hear and the platinum songs they will deliver with such passion,” says D’Amico, who has produced a wide variety of concerts, theater, film and recordings throughout the U.S. and the world. “It has been an honor working with Franke Previte, one of the nicest guys in the biz, our director Michael LaFleur, and my other partner, Frank Dicopoulos, not to mention these four incredible women, as they find a wonderful common denominator, that together they are stronger, joyous, and unforgettable! Be prepared for an uplifting experience.”

You’ll have “The Time of Your Life!”

CALLING ALL DIVAS is co-created and produced by Franke Previte, Director is Michael LaFleur, Executive producer is Dennis D’Amico. Musical director is Henry Aronson.

Daytona Beach, FL - June 17 2019 - Peabody Auditorium is proud to present TESLA on September 24, 2019. One of the world’s most celebrated and enduring rock bands with a diehard, loyal fanbase, TESLA has enjoyed international chart, radio, and tour success for nearly 35 years, with global album sales topping 15 million.

TESLA formed in 1984 in Sacramento, California as City Kidd, and was renamed TESLA during the recording of their first album, 1986’s Mechanical Resonance, on the advice of their manager that City Kidd was not a great name. In addition, there was already another band going by that name. The band derived their name, certain album and song titles, and some song content from events relating to inventor and electrical engineer Nikola Tesla. The band’s lineup features lead vocalist Jeff Keith, guitarists Frank Hannon and Dave Rude, bassist Brian Wheat and drummer Troy Luccketta.

That they are still roaring and soaring should be no surprise. That’s just how they are built. TESLA may have been born in the mid ‘80s eruption of leather, spandex and big hair, but this band has never been about those things. Their bluesy, soulful sound is strongly embedded in the roots of organic, authentic 1970s rock and roll. The same roots that produced bands like the Allman Brothers, Grand Funk Railroad, AC/DC, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Aerosmith.

TESLA’s legacy is alive and well as they continue to record and sellout venues all over the world. As worn in and comfortable as your favorite pair of jeans, as tough and dependable as your coolest leather jacket, TESLA endures because they are a celebration of the greatest spirits of rock and roll.

TESLA is always ready to rock, and they invite everyone to join them with SHOCK.

Daytona Beach, FL - May 17 2019 - Peabody Auditorium is proud to present THE ULTIMATE QUEEN CELEBRATION STARRING MARC MARTEL on October 10, 2019. THE ULTIMATE QUEEN CELEBRATION is an explosive tribute concert featuring the band’s iconic rock anthems such as “Bohemian Rhapsody,” “We Will Rock You,” “We Are The Champions,” “Somebody To Love,” “Another One Bites The Dust,” “Under Pressure,” “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” and much more. Canadian singer-musician, MARC MARTEL, famously known for resembling and singing like the late Queen lead singer Freddie Mercury and for contributing vocal recordings for the upcoming Queen biographical film Bohemian Rhapsody, is the lead vocalist for the high-energy concert.

In addition to the obligatory but nonetheless consistently astounding selections, The Ultimate Queen Celebration also incorporates an entirely unique angle that will have die-hards and casual appreciators alike clamoring to hear several other sides of Martel. “Near the end of Freddie’s life, he explored other styles of music beyond rock, including opera, so with that in mind, the show also includes a segment of familiar songs in the flavor of what they might have sounded like had Freddie ever gotten the chance to sing them,” he explains.

The Ultimate Queen Celebration is a 5-piece band comprised of lead vocalist Marc Martel, accompanied by a short list of uber-talented musicians, including Brandon Ethridge (keys), Tristan Avakian (guitar), Jason Gianni (Drums), Mike Cohen (bass), Angus Clark (guitar), J.R. McNeely (bass), and others.
