Facial-hair enthusiasts from all over the United States will descend upon the Daytona Beach area for the 2023 Honest Amish National Beard and Moustache Championships on Nov. 4 at Peabody Auditorium.

The full activity schedule will run Thursday, Nov. 2 through Sunday, Nov. 5 with the championships slated to take place on Saturday, Nov. 4 at Peabody Auditorium More than 300 participants are expected to compete in nearly 50 classes in four different categories.

For the second straight year at the championships, participants will attempt to set a Guinness World Record for Longest Beard Chain. At last year’s championships in Casper, Wyoming, with 69 men joined together at the beard, the record of 150 feet, 10.75 inches was set, more than two times longer than the previous record achieved in Germany in 2007.
