Non-Ticketed Events

Local non-profit and community $1350.00
Corporate and Special Events $3500.00

Ticketed Events

Local non-profit and community $1200.00 vs 10% of gross (cap at $2500)
Corporate and Special Events $1800.00 vs 10% of gross (cap at $5000)

Note: Multi-use rate for more than one day will be given a 10% discount.
City Seat and Capital Improvement surcharges of $2.00 per
ticket sold are in effect.

Meeting Rooms

Rental of Lobby, Rose Room, or Atlantic Room without theatre

$500.00 per room per day
Rental of Rose Room or Atlantic Room with theatre $250.00 per room per day
Merchandise Sales
Commission on Merchandise sales 20%

Note: State of Florida sales tax is 6.5%.
Seller must show proof of a State of Florida sales tax ID#
