All sales are final; refunds are not available unless a performance is canceled or postponed. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admission. All performers, performances, ticket prices, times and dates are subject to change.

Parking is free at the Peabody Auditorium while making your purchase. The Ticket Office accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and cash. There is a service charge for all ticket purchases whether at the window, via phone or the TicketMaster web site.

General Rules

These items are not allowed in the Auditorium: food or beverages, cameras , recording devices, alcohol, cans, bottles. Please contact the theatre for items that are permitted. Rules regarding children vary per event. Please contact the box office for details about the event you plan to attend. All Children are required to have tickets to attend an event.

Brokers & Scalpers

Tickets to all performances at the Peabody Auditorium are available at the theatre's box office, website and TicketMaster. If you purchase tickets from any other ticket broker or scalper, you will likely pay a much higher ticket price. Alternate ticket brokers and scalpers may make it appear that they have "special access" to the best seats, but they simply purchase tickets and resell them at a markup. Even when a ticket broker or scalper is operating within the law, you pay much more with none of the markup going to the artist or the theatre. More importantly, if there is something wrong with your order, the Peabody staff cannot help because you purchased the tickets from outside the regulated system.
